Import Inventory with csv file

It would be nice to import inventory with csv. This would make it easy when adding a lot of new inventory item so they wouldn't need to be added manually. It would also be convenient when updating inventory.

permit .csv file format for attachments

When we create a ticket for IT, we are not able to attach a .csv file format that is commonly exported for business functions. Please add .csv as an acceptable file format for attaching to tickets.

Need a way to import files & O&M's

If were tracking files per asset in another system, like Google for example, we have no way of importing these in mass into MLW. Our only option is to just upload these files asset by asset, which can take up a LOT of time.n.

If were tracking photos elsewhere for each aset record, it would save A LOT of time being able to import these images rather than uploading them 1 asset at a time.
