In other help desk systems, I have had the option to pick all tickets that have not been assigned as a canned option. Would like to see that be an option under Requests.

Would be nice to be able to read all of the options when making a selection.

It would be helpful to have the top level universal search on inventory requests, that way I dont have to navigate to view inventory request page

With the new Issues module in MLW, it would be very convenient to be able to search on issues from the top level search so I dont need to click into the module to search
