Need a few Asset Reports created (Ease of Managing Chromebooks) Similar to Destiny Resource Manager

We sure would like some prebuilt reports to help us in maintaining our 1:1 environment similar to the reports in Destiny Resource Manager:

1. Active Student Users without any devices checked out to them. (Need to be able to select by building and grade)

2. Active Student users with more than (XX) devices checked out to them (Need to be able to select by building and Grade.

3. Deactive Student Users with devices checked out to them. (Show the devices checked out to them and what building - sort by building)
