Assigning WO to be completed in a specific timeslot in agenda/calendar view

Our building manager wants to be able to assign WOs to the maintenance technician at specific times of day, and for him to view them on the agenda screen. For example, if there is a work order for watering the landscaping but it's very hot outside, he would assign it to 4pm and assign an indoor job to 12pm. This would help us structure our staff's time much more seamlessly.
