Warning pop up notification to prevent an asset already checked out/assigned before accidentally assigned/checked out again

As the ML Admin responsible for managing the circulation of a fleet of 3500 Chromebook assets, I would like a new feature that is a warning/block notification pop up window when an attempted check-in/check-out/assign/ transaction is attempted that warns the admin that this specific asset is already check-ed out/assigned to a different user.

It can still be overridden by the admin but will serve as a QOL preventative step to avoid accidentally assigning/checking out a device to 2 user in case something wasn't accurately unassigned/checked in.
