Vacation mode - Temporarily transfer role for approvals/assignments when out of office

As an approver if I'm the only person on a particular step of the approval path and I'm out of town for the WO will be "stuck" on my step.

It would be helpful if I could temporarily grant a user permission to approve or assign on my behalf for a preset period of time.
