Support SSO Integration with IdAutomation's RapidIdentity IdP

RapidIdentity (from Identity Automation) is our Identity Provider. We have configured a Google SAML connection, but that is ultimately redirected to the Rapid identity product when we use SSO (meaning a user will enter their username twice to complete the login). The product is targeted to K-12 education, and seems like a good match for your market positioning, and it is highly configurable and should be able to be supported without too much trouble.

    Hi Scott, I reached out to Identity Support and they confirmed with me that you need to submit a support ticket to Identity on our behalf to get the ball moving on an SSO integration with ML Work Orders.
