It would be very helpful to limit the budget codes a user can see when adding a budget code in inventory (or work orders I suppose). If under "edit user" there was a column on the role line that you could limit which budget code(s) that user has access to use. Kind of like how you can limit inventory buildings. If left blank they have access to all.

I wonder if it would be helpful to include a dropdown on the edit budget code page to include which roles have access to use this budget code. Then we can display that information on the manage budget codes grid as well.
