Ability to duplicate a previous inventory order

I've gotten a few requests to be able to duplicate a previous inventory order to save time on very large orders that are placed regularly.

Duplicate would pull the order together in the finalized "cart" page where you add location and description. That way if they needed to change a budget code or quantity and delivery location they could. We have a few supervisors who order for multiple locations, but they're ordering a large list of the same items. It would save a lot of time.
