ML Work Orders Ideas Portal
Instead of always defaulting to work orders when you use the search bar, I would like to use the asset side as a default option instead. So when I scan a barcode for IT asset it pulls it up instead of doing a work order. Being able to default the search bar to a certain ML side would be huge. Because if you just scan or type in an ML asset ticket, but didn't realize you had to click which option to search nothing comes up because its defaulted to the work order number. Please make it an option to default which side of ML you want to search, put it in there as an option on the main page.
@Guest , @Guest Instead of showing the results in different tabs, what if we showed all results in one tab and had bolded headers in the dropdown to delineate from Work Order, Asset and Inventory. Below is a sketch mockup of my thoughts.
Or a way that regardless what you put in it shows results across work orders, assets, and inventory.
