If I have more than 50 assets to be included in an audit, checking the "select all" box on the manage assets page (filtered to the chosen assets) only selects the maximum 50 view from the current page. If I go to additional asset pages and check "select all", the assets from the prior page are deselected. This makes creating these larger audits difficult as I can't find any way to add more than 50 assets to an audit, other than by adding assets #51+ one asset at a time.
Yes, the page size is limited to 50, as verified by ML help desk. If we're doing a district-wide audit of a particular device, there could be well over 50 units involved. For instance: we have only 1 HVAC-licensed technician on staff. He will receive an audit for every HVAC component in the district, as it would make sense to have the HVAC expert inspect units while auditing. He might receive as many as 100 items in an audit? Just a guess, I don't think we've built that one yet.
Hi @Guest thank you for this idea submission. Have you tried updating the page size to go beyond 50 before creating the audit?
In addition, just so I have the context, how many assets are you looking to pull in for these larger audits?
