It would be cool if we could do audits for inventory. Ideally, if we could assign spots (like rack 1, shelf 2 etc) we could choose to audit by assigned locations. I've got a pretty extensive knowledge on retail BOH daily/weekly auditing that is a lot to type out, but I'd be happy to talk it out if this is something you'd consider implementing.
See this as a you could scan the QR code or barcode and then do a manual count to then either correct or check-off on.
This could be super helpful for small parts in open spaces that tend to walk off without putting an order in. Less likely to find yourself out of stock during important times. Also a good way to visibly track loss.
So the starting point for the audit would be to pick your stock location and pick through a list of existing items assigned to that stock location? With the ability to ad-hoc add other inventory items to the audit if need be?
