Summary Dashboard Filtering options

I was testing the new Summary Dashboard and when I was trying to filter on the report - Specifically Problem type - I noticed that there is not a way to currently filter out the just 1 item.

Right now I have to essentially select ALL of the items I want to see and leave out the ones I do not want to see. Previously on the Summary Dashboard I was able to filter out just 1 item a lot easier than I am now.

Having this functionality back within the new Summary Dashboard would make obtaining information from there easier to use.
