Add Check-In Report

I would like to see a check-in report similar to the Check-Out report. When students have an issue with a device, they take it to the Library. Often, the device is swapped to get the student back up and running quickly. A picture is taken at this time, as well. I would like to be able to review this info with the same abilities to filter as the check-out report. This will help in many ways, including the ability to quickly review possible billable damages, frequent fliers, library staff who aren't providing enough info in the notes, etc.
