ML Work Orders/Helpdesk Ideas Portal
We set up SAML Google SSO, which works well for staff that have an account in ML Work Orders already. Non-existing accounts were not able to sign in using the "Log in with Google" button on the ML login page, but they were able to sign in trhough the Google app (grid/waffle) menu. Their account was created through this process.
We would like to have the ability to create the ML account when someone clicks the "Log in with Google" button without needing to go to the app menu in Google the first time they sign in. This would streamline logging in and using the system, as well as remove the confusion for our staff.
