We should be able to upload an image to the asset type, not specifically to each asset. So, for instance, I should be able to upload an icon of a generic laptop to the "Laptop" asset type and it show for all laptops. I shouldn't have to do this for every laptop I own.
Hi Thomas. Thank you for the idea! In the meantime, you can mass update the image for multiple assets at once. If you go to the View Assets page and filter the list down to one specific asset type, you can use the select all checkbox and then select "Mass Update" under the Actions button on the page. Once you upload the file it will update the image for the selected assets.
