Export option from View Filtered list Summary Dashboard

We noticed that the Summary Dashboard lets you view the data you filtered on the dashboard to somewhat of a report view but there is no option to export the filtered list.

This feels like a system limitation since we can view the filtered data but cant export or really do anything with the data. Having the option to export this list would be a necessary and massive improvement to the Summary Dashboard workflow.
