Inventory Request History Enhancement

We have noticed that the only thing that is logged in the History section of an inventory request is the status changes on the request.

Items like Notes or edits to the inventory request are not logged and that is creating some issues for us due to edits/additions being made on the request.

If this section of the site would track all changes that happen on an inventory request that would be a great improvement on the system so we can accurately track any changes on our inventory request.
