Calculate projected Labor needed for PMs

We have many PMs scheduled annually / quarterly / monthly etc. along with preset procedures etc. All procedures have estimated time expected to complete task. I would like to be able to run a report of how many labor hours are projected for the next week / month / quarter or year just for PMs. I would think that the system having the pre-set time entered, using that and the scheduling frequency should be able to compile a report based on what criteria we give it. by building or district or whichever.
