Add "Project" to Approve/Assign Modal

We want the Approve/Assign modal to grant us the option to add another section after Problem Type, that can be put in called “Project” which will list all of our project categories such as Vandalism, Rainy Day. This is for our Administrative Coordinator who approves all work orders to better categorize them.
