quick check-in for repair and ticket creation (mainly chromebooks....)

check-in for repair button and/or specific page (mainly chromebooks) that can auto-create a ticket with a short description box to fill out without extra steps. scan barcode, type description, and then it gets checked in, status changed to in repair, and a technology ticket is made after pressing ok
