Print Asset Code/Make/Model on Print Details report

There is nothing on the Print Details page that connects it to a particular asset.

If I am sending a technician to a classroom to look at a Chromebook, they need to know which Chromebook to look for - using the Asset tag.

It would make sense for the Asset number, make, and model to be included at the top of the form in description or with the requestor information, but this information should be SOMEWHERE on the Print Details page.
