Enhanced Filter drop-down options

In the "Requests" interface, when you click the 3-dot menu to Filter, I want to be able to filter on more than one condition with an "OR" statement and not just "AND".

For instance .......
Show rows with value that: Contains "text"
OR
IsNull

This would be useful if I am monitoring new requests but also want to see my own. Then I could filter on 'Assigned To ME' OR 'Not Assigned'
