Work order viewing

when you select "view all" work orders they should automatically come up, not having to type "all" then search and then hope they all appear. I know when you assign a work order it does not appear in the "view all" section right away. This is frustrating when you issue a work order then try to go back to try to edit or change the work order and it's not there.
