We are now using the Maintenance, Technology and Inventory Work Order modules of your product. We had a question from administration on the possibility of having a custom from within a request for items such as new technologies. Here are a few examples of questions we are asking:
1.) Please identify if this request is for a specific program/classroom or for support. If this request is for software or app please fill out the Software/App request form - https://forms.office.com/r/0Nj8JHdXgh
A. Classroom
B. Office
C. Administrative
2.) Will the cost for this requested technology be provided from outside of district funds (e.g., grant, parent organization, etc.)
A. Yes
B. No
We also have a rubric to determine the frequency of use and need of the technology.
Now that we are using the modules in Master Library it would be good to have this as a "one-stop" for our users.
