Email reminders based on Asset Status

we need to keep track of which Assets are in repair - right now were doing it manually

we send these Chromebooks out to an outside vendor for repair

we would like reminder emails to be sent to admins after a certain # of days - for example, when they've sent out the Asset for repair and if weve received it back yet

Right now were keeping track through a spreadsheet
