It would be great if when an account is created in MLW an email would go out to that user that we could customize with some welcome to the district information.

Yes, the auto-generated welcome email has a link to the general knowledge base, rather than to a specific new-user training. Most users don't have time to bother with looking through a system with which they're not familiar. I'd like to be able to customize the message and to place a link to a training video.
