Allow for Custom Priorities with custom color coding

Or be able to add to the priority - a little more flexibilty here would be great so that we could set it up how we want it. Other than adding a column for status which makes things a little more complicated on the user end because there's more to look at. Maybe even just being able to change the color of the row for On Holds?
