would like to be able to add text to the check out email that requires an acknowledgement from the person that gets that email.
This would need to be an asset type specific setting due to the unique details for each.
EX 1 - Keys. Usually when you sign out a set of keys the district will make you sign a simple document that states the rules of borrowing keys. I wont loan out keys, will notify district immediately if keys are lost, there is a cost associated with lost keys, will coordinate access with district even with keys in hand, keys are to be returned at any time if the district requests.
This would be added to the checkout email when key asset type is checked out and the user must acknowledge (click green yes or red no similar to WO email) then the asset will be handed to the requestor.
EX 2 - Chromebook. Most districts have a device use policy. If the device use policy could be added to the check out email form tech items and the user needed to acknowledge it would streamline the process.
