Round Robin Routing will auto assign work orders in a specific order.
Setting on the auto assignments page (Assign to all, Round Robin, Load Balance)
Assign to All: this is how the system currently works and it assigns the work order to all users
Round Robin: 4 people set up to be assigned the specific work orders

Kevin
Jane
Sarah
When a work order gets submitted it goes to John first. Once the next one is submitted it goes to Kevin and so forth.
Load Balance: the system will know how many open work orders each technician has and will evenly distribute them.
