Over many years of the building being operational, many areas of the building may go through renovations or expansion thus creating different replacement date information compared to the original building. This module will need to track discreet issues across different areas of my building. Each area in my building should have various systems that I need to track replacement cost information towards, in addition being able to track Facility Condition Index (FCI) towards each area within my building.
