As the Director of Facility Operations, one of the most common questions I have gotten as we are beginning to integrate, and utilize the MLW software is "Do they have an app?". I feel that most of my staff, especially the maintenance technicians would benefit from a user friendly mobile app to manage and view their work orders. Although they are able to use their phones to view MLW, there are things that aren't as easy to do, or use. I feel that my people would be more productive in efficiently utilizing the software if there was a mobile app that was designed for such use.
Apps crash, I'm totally fine with the mobile friendly website, however, it would be nice if "saved filters" were available on mobile.

Being able to view work orders on an app rather than needing to carry a computer around very large buildings would be awesome!
Agreed! Being able to receive push notifications on ticket activity would be very helpful as well. This isn't possible without an app.
