Would like the ability to add outside contractors/vendors email addresses to work orders without having to create them as a user within ML Work Orders and assign vendors to work orders.
Hello Everyone, if you are trying to assign a work order to a vendor, we recommend making a user account for the vendor, where the vendor user has a very limited role.
The Role name can be Vendor Or Contractor for example and the permission in the role can include "Can Be Assigned WOs". This way the vendor/contractor user has extremely limited access and you can assign work orders to that user.
