the ability to enter space-specific notes as an option would be helpful. Separate from a WO, this would allow for certain records or information to live in MLW for those who would benefit from using it.
I more envisioned it as something in the setup item that allows me to give some context to a space that is greater than it���s square footage. A text box seemed like it would be a place where I could put notes like ���Science room,��� or something like that. Could even put in information like ���Converted to music room in 2018 renovation.��� We have taken to using spaces for our buses (I know a lot of folks use assets, but spaces works well for us), and I could put VIN there. All of that would be helpful context in certain optional uses.
I like your questions, though. I REALLY do.
1. Yes! That would be awesome. Would love to be able to see those notes in that screen.
2. Yes! That would give great information and context to those needs.
3. I absolutely could see value in that. I think your idea of what you have in the screenshot would be great. Just an open text field would accomplish what I���m looking for, but I could see applications of the track note history too.

Should space notes be available to view while in a work order?
Would there be a scenario where you would want to track note history and who/when submitted those notes for the space? Similar to how a Work Order has a "Notes Table" (example screenshot below)? Or would a simple open text field be suffice?
