As there are many shared staff members between buildings, I would suggest adding additional areas in the user profile for building location and specific room/area.
the ability to enter space-specific notes as an option would be helpful. Separate from a WO, this would allow for certain records or information to live in MLW for those who would benefit from using it.

Ability to view the MLS calendar for a space from the space details page
we could make clicking on the Space name not only show the work order history for that room, but another tab for the MLS calendar filtered on that room that would be great for techs to know when that room is free.
Allow user to update existing Spaces in mass with batch editing
This would be extremely helpful to be able to update all my existing spaces from within MLW. Its not often we do this but when we do its usually an entire building.
