Hello, We have many systems that open tickets by email. Some use bold, underline, italics, line breaks, horizontal rules, and paragraph tags to break up and format the email. When ML Work Orders processes the incoming email as a ticket, all formatting is removed and becomes a single string of words, with only single spaces included.
Can this please be resolved ASAP? We desperately need this formatting in emails to keep departments organized.

Our district would also benefit from this change. When someone responds to a WO note over email, the response comes back jumbled and difficult to parse.
