Send completed ticket with note in one email

Currently when completing a ticket that has a note, the user receives a separate "completed" email and another email with the note. It would be much cleaner to have these combined into one email.

    Maybe an optional comment box when you click complete? I agree two emails is excessive for the end user and adds a step for us when completing the ticket. We are big on customer service, and just closing a ticket doesn't offer us the opportunity to close out gracefully (without the two user emails).
