With the upcoming feature of merging work orders (yaaay! soooo excited for this one!), is it possible to give the ability to add more than one requestor?
Like, as a person with the ability to add work orders for other people, could I put more than one person's name down if it was a request made by multiple people? That way all parties involved get any updates on the work order without me having to remember to go and email them?
This would be a game changer in larger buildings.
Hi @Guest you can do this with the "additionally notify" field on a work order (see below screenshot). Once users are added as additionally notified users they will receive all email updates on the work order per the profile email setting configuration
Having the additonally notify field on a work order request type can be controleld via the edit request type page.
