Use the invenory costs in work orders to determine billing. Use asset invetory used for an individual to bill them for damages, Example: A student breaks a chromebook we replae the $100 screen, that screen cost is associated with their accout, could also add billing notifications, to notify assigned users of a charge or any additinally notifid users of the charge.
I also feel like having a area to make a template that could have some set fees like cleaning fees and lost/stolen chargers for when you are using the check in and out system
