Color code or mark Notes between Email, Internal, and Canned Response.
Its hard to tell without looking through the notifications section which Notes sent an email and which ones the end user cannot see. A icon or color coding different types of notes.
@Guest thank you for the idea submission. Having an identifier of sorts to indicate which type of response this is in the notes makes sense.
