The 'Assigned To' Column has a button for 'Assign to Me' add a similar button or dropdown for other sections.
Examples:
Status dropdown to quickly change the status of a WO
Priority Drop down
PM WO currently is a Yes and No change it to Yes or a Button for 'Create PM'
Requester User Phone a button to call on applicable devices
for open tickets the Completed column could be a 'Complete' button to quickly change the status.
There are many other ways of using the columns to be more interactable.
