ML Work Orders Ideas Portal
We occasionally have requests that affect more than 1 user - it would be great if we could tie them into the request so they too get updates/notifications. We're aware we can add them to each response but that is quite time consuming and it's easy to forget.
Hi @Guest We currently have functionality that allows you to add users to a work order that will receive notifications for the work orders. You can add additionally notified users to work orders the following ways:
On the Work Order Form
On the Work Order Grids
To turn this field on, you can navigate to Settings -> Setup Item -> General Settings -> Work Order Tab
This setting allows you to specify which kind of users can add additionally notified users for each work order.
NOTE: the notifications a user receives are controlled on their user profile page. If you have more questions about this, I advise you to reach out to our support portal!
