Requesters receive an "Approved" email when the work order is Assigned. They get confused by this thinking their request has been completed. Either eliminate the email or skip the "Approval" step when tickets are assigned.
Just so I have a better understanding of the confusion, why would requestors get confused thinking an approved email means complete? Is it because they associate approval with completing, or is something else tripping them up?
