When I first put in our urgent priority message I had it separated into lines like so:
Urgent Priority = Emergencies only.
An emergency is safety, security, or utility outages.
After you submit this emergency work order please call Facilities ext. 8650.
It catches the eye better than this:
Urgent Priority = Emergencies only. An emergency is safety, security, or utility outages. After you submit this emergency work order please call Facilities ext. 8650.
Either being able to keep formatting or have a few separate lines that we could enter sentence by sentence and then have it show up as one message would even work.
