Instead of sending 4 work orders each time an event is taking place (which for daily and recurring events is overwhelming and impossible to keep up on), auto assign or route these on the basis that they are generated by ML Schedules. That way we don't have to assign who's unlocking a door multiple times a week for the same user group.
