From a user standpoint when we view all work orders it defaults to including our completed work orders. Currently the only way to visually see the difference is by looking at the black and white thin text in the status column.
I think that having the visual difference of colored to greyed out when completed would be a big advantage for a user.
@Guest You can create saved filters on all of our Work Order grid pages, for example, View All Work Orders where you have "Completed" and/or "Closed" Work Orders filtered out.
If filtering out Complete/Closed Work Orders is the outcome you are looking for, may I suggest using the Open Work Orders page for that?
