ML Work Orders Ideas Portal
It would be useful to be able to tag someone to a note in a work order/inventory request even if they have the notes box unchecked on their email preferences. Some people uncheck all the boxes, which I get, but it makes requesting details difficult. If you could tag someone to a note it would email them regardless their preferences. This could also be a notification for anyone who utilizes that feature. Others able to complete work orders and admin would also be able to be tagged to any work order/request in case someone needs someone else to answer a question.
Hi @Guest , Thanks for the idea submission, I think is a great idea to really ensure people are properly notified of important information/questions. Lots of software systems nowadays incorporate @ mentions, including our idea portal!
