Each time we open the software we need to drill down to the Tech requests because all of the requests Maintenance and Technology are together at the main screen. It would be awesome if I could set my login view to be Open Work Order with the established filter Technology

@Guest thinking about this some more, have you tried creating a saved filter on your work order listing pages? I was able to peak into your account and I can see a "Technology Tickets" saved filter created. Has this helped you out?
