Ticket Templates

It would be terrific if there were an option for ticket templates, or pre-filled tickets. It would help when creating similar type tickets for similar type situations, such as when multiple users are asking for the same thing or an issue affects multiple people.

For example, I often create requests for some of our technicians to mount televisions. I know the purpose, problem type, description, who it should be assigned to, and everything else. If I could select a ticket template to use to where all I have to do is fill out the requestor and the space/area, it would save me a lot of clicking and a fair amount of time.
