Set a due date on a request and on that day it re-notifies technicians, bringing it back to the top

An example would be when the office puts in a request for support for testing months beforehand. I can put it on hold until that date. The idea is if you put it On Hold with a due date, when that date comes up, it makes the ticket Pending again or something to notify all technicians of the request. (I am piggybacking off another idea I read here)

When entering a request it would be helpful to have an 'event' date/time for when the service is needed. If it is months in advance then the user can fill out when that event is happening, and maybe another screen displays events/ a calendar.
